My journey to my leadership calling has been long, yet simple and direct. Learn more about my leadership purpose and philosophy in this in depth video about me.

The first and most important thing to know about me is my personal code of ethics:

Meet people where they’re at: I meet people where they are at physically, mentally, and emotionally. I do not believe in “common sense” and rather believe that I need to meet someone where they are at to build trust and respect.

Taking ownership of actions & decisions: I do the right thing, even when no one is looking and even though it might be uncomfortable. I have morals and values that are grounded and honest and I am comfortable holding myself to them.

Maintain motivation despite adversity: With passion & perseverance, I can overcome adversity and have an unwavering drive to create progress no matter how hard it might be.

Know what I’m feeling and how it impacts others: I mentally and emotionally show up for others however they need me to. I support mental and emotional growth and care. I am able to identify my own mental state and how it can impact others.

Consistency in behavior: I am consistent and equitable in my behaviors and decisions. My actions are aligned with my stated beliefs, and I do what I say I am going to do.

Housing is a human right: I believe that housing is a fundamental human right. All humans deserve safe, affordable, and stable housing in order to thrive.
